Satie loves practising to be a ninja with her big brother Sebastian. One day, while they are training in their garden, the Empress passes by in the Royal Carriage and watches Satie use her awesome ninja moves to win against her brother.

Amazed at how good she is, the Empress makes Satie an offer that will change her life forever.

The day has finally arrived for Satie to begin ninja training! On the way to the Palace, the carriage is stopped by an overturned apple cart, blocking their path. The Royal Monkeys climb out to help but make things worse.

I'm the author of the children's book series Satie Ninja Princess, The Imaginary Book, and Run Away Fishies. I currently live in South Australia but lived in the UK for many years and the French Alps, which is where the Satie series is based on.

Being a mum to four beautiful girls, I look at the world so much differently than I did before I had children. I can't, and never will, comprehend war. I don't understand how a person can possibly hurt a child. I despair for our environment and the beautiful animals who inhabit the world with us. These are the things I hope to make a difference to through the proceeds of my books.
